How do you calculate my premium rate?
Our premium is calculated instantly based on your age category, overnight parking security, and No Claims Discount (NCD) years. The formula uses standardized risk factors to give you the lowest possible rate completely online.
How long is my saved quote valid?
Quotes are securely saved to your Client Portal for up to 30 days. You can log back in at any time to edit your parameters, upload documents, or proceed to buy.
Can I edit my details after saving a quote?
Yes. By logging into your Client Portal, you can access your saved quotes and adjust details such as parking locations or NCD years. The premium rate will instantly recalculate.

Verification & Documents

What documents do I need to upload?
We require three documents to activate cover:
  • Proof of Identity: A valid UK driver's license or passport.
  • Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, council tax statement, or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months).
  • Insurance Details: Proof of your claimed No Claims Discount (NCD) years from your previous insurer.
How long does the document review process take?
Our underwriting team reviews uploaded documents manually to ensure authenticity and avoid calculation errors. This review typically takes between 1 to 2 business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm). You will receive an email notice as soon as your status updates.

Portal & Payments

What payment cycles do you offer?
We support both Monthly billing (via secure Direct Debit mandates) and Yearly billing. Choosing yearly cover applies an automatic 10% discount to your annual premium.
How does the Woo-Wallet balance work?
Your secure Client Portal includes a digital wallet. You can top up your wallet balance at any time using credit/debit cards, which will automatically be used to cover monthly premium cycles or renewals, eliminating potential bank transaction failures.
